Rent Match LLC knows that trying to find just the right place to live can be a very stressful experience. So we want to try to reduce your stress during your housing search.
Here is what we can offer you:
- 1. Wide Choice of Housing Options
- Just as there are many types of people in the world, there are also many types of housing. Whether you are looking for an apartment, house, mobile home, condo or even a yurt to rent, we may have just what you’re looking for.
- Every week we hear from new landlords who have unique and interesting housing for rent, so if you don’t see exactly what you want in our listings, please check back every so often to see what we have added to our inventory.
- 2. Easy Application Process
- Once you have found what you are looking for, you need to fill out a Rent Match Rental/Credit application. This is a simple two page form that you can fill out and e-mail back to us. Each adult who intends to live in the property must fill out an application form.
- Please include in your e-mail which property or properties that you are applying for, and make sure to mail us the application processing fee of $25 per application.
- Only one application and one fee is needed even if you want to apply for multiple properties.
- Once we receive the application(s) and fee(s), we will process the application(s) and contact you as soon as the process is completed.

- 3. Simplify Your Search for Housing
- Rent Match can help simplify your housing search by:
- Making our listings available on the web
- Screening your criteria against our inventory, so that you don’t waste your time looking at units that you would not want
- Showing you properties when YOU are available (like after 5:00 p.m., and even on weekends!)
- Serving as a liaison between the landlord and you during the lease signing process
- 4. Reasonable Application Fee
- If you are not successful with your first application, we will continue to work with you without additional application fees until you successfully find housing. We think that’s very reasonable, and a good bargain for you.
- 5. Friendly Customer Service!
- At Rent Match we value great customer service. We take the time to listen to your needs, and we do it with a smile.
- When we show you a property, we give you all the information we have about it and encourage you to ask questions If we don’t have the answer to your question right away, we will find the answer and contact you to let you know.
